I'm a long-time fan of Organika, a B.C. based and family-run natural supplement company! Originally known for their Collagan Powder they now have a large assortment of wellness products that add a convenient way to add more nutrients into your routine.

A few of my favourite products are

• Original Enhanced Collagen Powder - Classic Staples, you can add this to pretty much anything hot or cold, it is a frequent add in to my smoothies, coffee or hot cocoa.

• Original Chicken Bone Broth Powder - I find it dissolve's quicker then the Beef and love the taste, this is a staple for throwing into soups or just having a warm comforting beverage with some protein. This is my go to when I'm not feeling well of have a poor appetite.

• Electrolytes - You can't go wrong with any flavour, though I love the sachets to take on the go! That extra boost of fun to get the hydration I need. I pretty much only drink water (besides tea & coffee) and this has been a nice addition when I am craving some juice. It's not too sweet and I like the selection of flavours to choose from.
