After lots of taste testing these are the snacks I now keep stocked in my pantry! I find it helpful to have nutritious snacks ready and available, days get busy and it can be hard to stay nourished throughout your day! I hope this list of my favourite snacks helps!

I have to say I have a hard time not eating a whole bag of this NoochPop! This popcorn is vegan using a blend of organic coconut, olive and avocado oils along with nutritional yeast to give it that cheesy flavour! I have now tried all of the flavour and I'm having a hard time choosing a favourite but you can''t go wrong with their classic "Kinda Cheesy" flavour. These tasty little puffs are so good! I got hooked on the BBQ flavour but tried the white cheddar and Jalapeño flavours and they were just as tasty! I have never ordered these directly from Frankies but I typically buy through well.ca or Amazon.ca depending on the cost.

THRIVE PROVISIONS WAGYU BEEF BARS

I have to admit the thought of a meat bar is a little odd but I am a savoury girl and is is so nice to have a savoury protein bar option. Farmed close to home in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta.

with limited ingredients makes it a great treat to have on hand and for on the go and for an extra boost of protein. These do contain smoke which I know is an issue for some people who can't consume nitrates. I usually order these Thrive Provisions Bars though Amazon
